 Reformer usually comes after the Pilates Mat training however, most commonly students complete Mat and Reformer certification together. 
Our programs give you a thorough understanding of how to develop core and extremity strength, stability, flexibility, coordination and balance. The wide range of exercises, from beginners to advanced, provides a stimulating workout for clients at any level of ability.

You do not need a separate Anatomy certificate as Anatomy is included in the programme.

There are no prerequisits to doing the Pilates Performance Mentorship, having attended classes is a bonus, come with passion and your mentor, Sarah MacLachlann will teach you
the details.

Step #1: Most students start with the 100 hour Comprehensive Mat programme.

Step #2: 160 Hour Comprehensive Reformer programme (some students like to start at step #2)

Step #3 is the Tower/ Trapeze, Chair and Barrels programme.

Or, you can do steps 1, 2 & 3 altogether in the Mentorship programme. Once you have completed steps 1-3 or the Mentorship programme, then you can take the NPCP exam. This credential will help you stand out professionally in this global industry, e.g. “Jane Doe NPCP” . You can take this final exam online from the comfort of your home.

This is the final step to globally qualify professionally in Pilates

No, because all elements of the mentorship are now available to complete online, you can attend from anywhere in the world.
